We provide expert, compassionate, and accessible wound care directly to our patients’ homes. Our Team
Livingwell Mobile Wound Specialists is a nurse practitioner-led wound care service dedicated to providing high-quality, in-home treatment for patients. With 17 years of experience in the medical field and the designation of Certified Wound Specialist (CWS®), our Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners bring expert, 1- on-1 wound treatment directly to patients' homes. Our team of experienced medical practitioners, nurses, and support staff are all committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. We work together to ensure that each patient receives the individualized attention they need.

Our Certified Wound Specialists and Nurse Practitioner offers expert-led wound care education designed to improve patient outcomes, prevent complications, and build confidence in managing complex wounds.
Membership Tiers & Pricing
• Essential Care Plan – $175/month (For Minor Wounds & Prevention)
• 2 home visits per month (biweekly)
• Wound cleaning, dressing changes, and basic debridement if needed
• Patient & caregiver education on wound management
• Email/text support for quick questions
• Advanced Care Plan – $300/month (For Chronic & Moderate Wounds)
• 4 home visits per month (weekly)
• Personalized wound care treatment plan
• Dressing changes & infection risk

• 15% discount on additional visits
• Elite Care Plan – $550/month (For Complex Wounds & High-Risk Patients)
• 8 home visits per month (twice weekly)
• Advanced wound management, including specialty dressings & negative pressure wound therapy support
• Close monitoring of diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, or post-surgical wounds
• Priority scheduling for urgent needs
• Two telehealth check-ins per month
A La Carte Services
• Extra Visit – $90 per visit
• Telehealth Consultation – $50 per session
• Specialized Wound Dressings – Priced
individually based on needs
• Compression Therapy for Venous Ulcers – $60 per session
Above listed prices are service only prices. Customer will be responsible for purchasing wound supplies, which can be ordered for client if needed.
All-inclusive services offered at an additional cost for those who do not want the hassle of dealing with ordering supplies at an additional cost.
