Nurse Practitioner & Certified Wound Specialist
Donya is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) with extensive experience in acute, chronic, and complex wound management across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community settings.
Her passion is helping patients heal safely at home, preserving mobility, and preventing avoidable amputations and hospital readmissions.
With over 18 years of experience in the medical field and the designation of Certified Wound Specialist (CWS®), our provider brings expert, 1- on-1 wound treatment directly to patients' homes.
